An Enhanced Roadmap & Milestone Experience
We have upgraded the Roadmap to give planners more control and clarity over their strategic timelines. A new milestone lock mechanism protects committed milestones from accidental changes, while milestone color configuration lets you visually distinguish milestones at a glance. A dedicated view mode makes the Roadmap presentation-ready for reporting. To keep roadmaps current, a new API capability also lets automated integrations push elements, milestones, and connections directly into existing roadmaps - no manual updates required.
We have refined several surfaces to make ITONICS faster to set up and easier to work in. The rating configuration has been redesigned into a more compact, easier-to-navigate layout - with streamlined multilingual handling and clearer grouping of rating options. Further, the segment/ hierarchical field configuration has been reworked into a single, guided flow, replacing the previous fragmented setup with the segment option configuration in a separate location.
We have expanded governance and permission controls to give administrators finer, more flexible control. Access to the entity configuration can now be set per entity type, optionally allowing decentralized entity type management - so dedicated roles can manage the entity types relevant to their use case, without granting blanket configuration access. In addition, Excel and PDF export rights can now be managed at the entity level, giving finer control over who can export what.
