Decentralized Roadmap Management with Roadmap Managers, Grouped Navigation & Change Logs

We have made the Roadmap easier to govern and navigate at scale. A new Roadmap Manager field lets you grant selected users edit authority on one specific roadmap, without changing their role-level permissions, so ownership of individual roadmaps can be shared across teams. For portfolios with many roadmaps, administrators can group roadmaps under menu groups in the navigation, and Quick Views can now be saved for a single roadmap or for all roadmaps. A new Roadmap Logs area records the creation, editing and deletion of roadmaps, including Roadmap Manager assignments, giving administrators full transparency over changes.

Insights: From Signals Feed to AI-generated Summaries

We have reworked the Signals tab into Insights. Instead of a long feed of individual news, publication and patent cards, users now get AI-generated summaries along configurable perspectives, together with their sources, so the key takeaways are visible at a glance. Application Owners can define perspectives per entity type and add a master context that reflects their organization's priorities. Three default perspectives ("What's changing", "What it means for us" and "How we could respond") help teams get started right away.

Smarter Data Aggregation, Table Control & Secure API Access

We have extended how data can be consolidated and integrated. Numeric values of child elements, such as costs, can now be automatically aggregated into their parent element and reused in Explorer columns, visualizations, exports and the API. Tables can be locked for editing in the interface, which is useful for data maintained by external systems, and users can now sort elements by rating criteria directly from the Sort menu. For integrations, the API now supports the OAuth2 Client Credentials grant for machine-to-machine authentication, managed by Application Owners in a new self-service Credential Management page. Campaign submission fields and External Gateway field mapping have also been extended for more flexible configuration.
