NUC-19602 Issue with SAML certificate renewal notifications
Description: An issue with the SAML certificate expiry check causes the ITONICS-managed IdP certificate to be evaluated alongside customer-managed ones, leading to expiry notifications for the ITONICS certificate being wrongly sent to the Application Owners configured in the system.
Note: such a notification does not indicate a problem with your own IdP certificate, which remains valid and unaffected. No action is required from you for this mail — the renewal of the ITONICS certificate is owned and scheduled by ITONICS. If the IdP configuration referenced in the notification is "ITONICS", the notification can be disregarded. Expiry notifications for customer-managed IdP configurations continue to be triggered correctly and remain valid.
Affected System: 3.25.1
Solution: The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!
Status: Fixed with the 3.25.1.2 hot fix release version.
