NUC: Issue with Smart Action feature

Description: An issue with the image generation model leads to the auto-creation step running into an error during image generation. Note: the individual usage of autofill-description and autofill-tags works as expected.

Affected system:  All systems having the Smart Action module enabled.

Status: Unresolved. The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

NUC-12915 Issue with ITONICS stage systems

Description: A database issue causes stage systems to be impacted and limited in use.

Affected System:  Stage systems of all versions

Status: Resolved, fixed the issue!
